We want you to love your Mahjong Mix purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, items may be returned within 5 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and in their original packaging

Returned within 5 days of delivery confirmation

Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and handcrafted from vintage materials, exchanges for identical items may not always be available.
